Terms of use and sale
Last updated :
These terms govern access to donquelia.org and the supply of the services and products offered by Donquelia. Using the site means accepting them in full.
1. Site publisher
donquelia.org is published by Donquelia, [forme juridique à compléter], whose registered office is at [adresse du siège à compléter].
Registration: [numéro d'immatriculation à compléter]. Publication director: [directeur de la publication à compléter]. Contact: contact@donquelia.org.
2. Hosting
The site is hosted by [hébergeur à compléter], [adresse de l’hébergeur à compléter]. The host ensures the technical availability of the site and exercises no control over its content.
3. Nature of the services
Donquelia offers spiritual guidance: rituals, ritual objects and advice intended to support the user’s personal intentions in matters of love and relationships.
These services belong to the realm of belief and spiritual tradition. They are in no way a medical, paramedical, psychological, legal or financial act, and cannot replace one.
Any user facing a physical or mental health difficulty is invited to consult a healthcare professional. In case of distress, they must contact an emergency service or a helpline.
4. No guarantee of results
Donquelia undertakes to use the means necessary to carry out the services ordered. It accepts no obligation as to results.
No promise of result, timeframe, return of affection, encounter, reconciliation, healing or gain is made or guaranteed. The testimonials published on the site are individual experiences and predict no outcome.
5. Adults only
The services are reserved for natural persons of legal age with full legal capacity. By placing an order, the user declares that they meet these conditions.
No service may be ordered on behalf of a third party without their informed consent.
6. Orders, prices and payment
The site does not allow online ordering: every request goes through the contact form. A detailed proposal stating the service, its price and its terms is sent to the user before any commitment.
The contract is formed when Donquelia confirms the order in writing, after the user has expressly accepted the proposal. Prices are stated in the currency shown on the proposal, inclusive of tax where applicable.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the rules applicable to distance selling, the consumer has fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the service contract, or from receipt of the goods for products, to withdraw without giving any reason.
Where performance of a service has begun, at the user’s express request, before the end of that period, the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. The user is informed of this and gives express consent before the service starts.
To exercise this right, simply notify the decision in writing to contact@donquelia.org. Reimbursement is made no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the notification, using the same means of payment as the order.
8. User obligations
The user undertakes to provide accurate information, not to impersonate a third party and not to divert the site from its purpose.
The following are prohibited in particular: any attempt to disrupt the service, any automated extraction of content, and any submission of unlawful, threatening or infringing content.
9. Intellectual property
All elements of the site — texts, visuals, trade marks, the Donquelia, Voelia, Sacria and Donlia names, layout and code — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Donquelia or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
10. Liability
Donquelia cannot be held liable for decisions taken by the user following a service, nor for any indirect consequences arising from them.
Nor can it be held liable in the event of temporary unavailability of the site, force majeure, or use that does not comply with these terms.
In any event, should Donquelia be held liable, that liability would be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the service concerned.
11. Personal data
The processing of data submitted through the contact form is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by [droit applicable à compléter] law.
In the event of a dispute, the user is invited to contact Donquelia at contact@donquelia.org in order to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, a consumer residing in the European Union may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform.
Failing amicable resolution, the dispute falls to the competent courts.
13. Changes to these terms
Donquelia may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
